Yes, we arrange shipping outside the EU. Please specify your country while submitting the order and you will be contacted by your dealer and provided with shipping options.
Although we pack our goods securely against transport risks, sometimes they can get damaged in transit.
We kindly ask you to follow these three steps while receiving your order:
- Please inspect the shipment for damages and take pictures in case there are any dents or scratches on a package.
- Upon receipt please provide the forwarder with the information that there are any damages found.
- Contact our customer service desk via order@rival4x4europe.com and send us photos of the delivered goods along with your delivery details. We will contact you and provide a solution.
