Warranty

Warranty cases:

1. A product is considered a warranty case if:

• The necessary mounting kit (brackets, bolts, etc.) or other accessories are completely or partially missing according to the specification described in the installation instructions;

• Mechanical damage to the product or its part, namely, chipping of the paintwork on the brackets, or the protection plate, obtained during storage or transportation.

If the product is delivered directly to the dealer by a third-party transport company, the responsibility for mechanical damage to the cargo falls on the carrier in accordance with the legislation of the respective country; if the product is delivered by Glossberg GmbH to the Customer's warehouse, then Glossberg GmbH's responsibility for causing mechanical damage during storage and transportation ends at the time of acceptance of the product by authorized employees of the Customer's company;

2. The warranty applies:

• For the complete set of the product as a whole and all its individual parts (skid plate, mounting kit), the destruction or damage of which during the warranty period is the result of the use of non-quality materials by the manufacturer.

• For the complete set of the product as a whole and all its individual parts (skid plate, mounting kit), the destruction or damage of which during the warranty period is the result of poor assembly or welding.

• For the complete set of the product as a whole and all its individual parts (skid plate, mounting kit), the installation and operation of which was carried out in accordance with the instructions, warranty conditions.

• The scope of the product, if it was formed through corrosion

3. The warranty does not cover:

• To set the product as a whole and all its parts (skid plate protection kit fastener), destruction of or damage which are within the warranty period is the result of mechanical or other impact from the outside (due to accidents and other similar cases).

• On the complete set of the product as a whole and all its individual parts (protection plate, mounting kit), if the requirements of the instructions were violated during installation, as well as any design changes were made to the protection screen or to the mounting kit.

• On the components of the product and its components that are subject to natural wear and tear during normal operation of the product.

• For products damaged as a result of force majeure, which include, but are not limited to: flooding, flood, fire, fire, lightning, other high-temperature impacts of natural origin, landslide, earthquake, tornado, hurricane, other extreme natural phenomena and natural disasters, collision, fall, explosion, accident, disaster and other man-made anomalies, military or military actions, armed attack, general strike, blockade and other circumstances of an emergency nature.
